Ellectrophilic addition

If any one knows the answer....

When, for example Bromine, approaches the ethene molecule, the bromine becomes polarised and the electrons are pushed back. Does this mean it makes an istantaneous dipole?

I was just writing notes and made the link... is that right?

It makes an induced dipole, as the electrons are repelled by the concentration of negative change in the double bond.
